The Webhard Privacy Policy is the principle abided by Webhard regarding its
members¡¯ privacy protection, which involves protecting the right
and benefit of Webhard members to ensure that they are able to use the services in a secured manner.
Webhard requires necessary information at a minimum for the appropriate
provision of the services, and such personal information collected
from its members is taken very seriously.
Webhard does not share personally identifiable information of its
members with any third party without the members¡¯ consent or unless
compelled by applicable laws, and always exerts its best not to disclose
such personal information outside; following Privacy Policy is being

Privacy Policy formulated?
The Webhard Privacy Policy is aimed at helping its members use the Webhard services
in more secure and convenient manner on the basis of trust with respect
to the collection and handling of personal information and the rights
of users.
What type of member information is collected and how is used?
The personal information that the member provides is collected and used only
to provide the optimized services fit for each Webhard member.
First, in order to use the Webhard services, Webhard basically demands
your real name, title(gender), City, Province, Country, Occupation, address,
zip code, contact phone number, email address, user account (ID),
and password. Also for the paid service Webhard demand the number,
PW, Expiration date of your credit-card.
Furthermore, in order to provide the more advanced and special
services, we may conduct individual or collective surveys to collect
the additional information on the basis of members¡¯ voluntary participation
and consent, or may notify the members of the service changes via

How to read, correct, delete personal information and to withdraw consent?
Members can view their personal information anytime and request correcting of any errors. Members can always agree with or turn down Webhard's request to use or offer any personal information to third parties. Webhard shall immediately process the necessary measures. In addition, when any member uses the Webhard website (URL: http://www.webhard.net) as a way to have errors corrected, the member should login and update the general information in the Member Information Update menu.
When such a request is done via email, a member can send an application for updating to the Customer Center within the Webhard homepage (URL: http://www.webhard.net).
If a member wishes to withdraw membership, login and then apply for membership termination via the Membership Withdrawal menu. Or, email the member information including the name, user ID, email address, and contact number to Webhard email address. Webhard will then process it after confirming the information.
Note that when a member sends the application by email, the member must use the email address registered with the account.
How is Privacy Policy amended?
Webhard may change the Webhard Privacy Policy when there is an amendment
to applicable laws and ordinances, or there is a need for an amendment
in order to provide better services to the members. If it determines
to amend the Webhard Privacy Policy, it shall be noticed to the members.

Members who own a user ID and password, should strictly manage the userID and password.
In addition, the separate personal information requested from and
provided to any events, clubs, or other service registration requiring
