- 4)When an agent of a customer personally visits and requests access to the customer's personal information or issuance of a relevant certificate, LG Uplus may verify the validity of the agent by requesting the agent to provide necessary documents to verify the existence of a legally enforceable principal-agent relationship between the agent and his/her principal, such as a power of attorney, certificate of seal of the agent, identification of the agent, etc.
- 5)When a customer requests a correction to an error in his/her personal information, LG Uplus shall not use or provide such information until it is corrected
- 6)In the case LG Uplus has already provided the customer's personal information containing an error to a third party, it shall promptly inform the third party with the corrected information
